The Start Right Program is designed to locate, build, and open a new
practice location with patients scheduled on the first day you’re
open! The Start Right Program duration is 6 months and begins the day
that the lease for the new office is signed.
Start Right Program Services:
- Our Preferred Leasing Agent will offer several desirable commercial
spaces in the geographic area that you designate and negotiate the
most advantageous lease terms possible.
- Our Preferred Lender will facilitate a loan that will maximize cash
flow.
- Our Preferred Office Design Team, Equipment Specialist, and General
Contractor will design and build out a functional and esthetically
pleasing office space that will reflect your own personal style.
- Our Consultants will assist in recruiting and interviewing your
new staff. An office manual is included.
- Our Consultants will develop an Internet and Print Marketing Plan
which will include a professionally designed logo, stationery, print
ad and 10-page website to get your marketing program off the ground.
- Our Consultants will develop a written business plan which will
include financial goals, a budget and bimonthly financial monitoring
to keep the practice on track.
- Our Consultant will coach you and your staff in the implementation
of the business and marketing plans.
- Our Consultants will provide you with the personnel management and
strategic management skills to run your practice.
